I’m a 50-something empty nester with three amazing grown kids, Gigi to my  granddaughter, and dog mom to my loving Oakley…named after the beautiful Angel Oaks of the Lowcountry.  Fortunate to live on a small island south of the beautiful city of Charleston, South Carolina.

In my personal time I enjoy indulging my creative side from learning a new skill like drawing using either Adobe Fresco or Procreate or working with fabric and thread to make beautiful handmade items like quilts, bags and more.

Passionate about living a healthy lifestyle and sharing tips and ideas with others that I have incorporated into my wellness routine. This includes healthy recipes, yoga and incorporating essential oils.

As an enneagram 6, I have a deep sense of responsibility and a desire to plan ahead and be organized

It is my belief that we never to old to learn new things, we should strive to make life better for ourselves and others, say “yes” to things that bring joy and “no” to what does not, and to find the balance in between.
